CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87----238
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES FOR BANK
ACCOUNTS AT SUN BANK/SOUTH FLORIDA, N.A.;
RESCINDING ALL PREVIOUS RESOLUTIONS IN
CONFLICT HEREOF; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Sun Bank/South Florida N.A. is hereby
directed to accept the facsimile signature of any two (2) of
the following officials:
Bernard Hart, Mayor
ley
Sydney Stein, Vice Mayor
and
John P. Kelly, City Manager
or
Larry Perretti, Personnel, Director
for the following accounts:
