CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-a,2.3%
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY
OFFICIALS TO TRANSMIT OR WITHDRAW FUNDS TO
AND FROM THE STATE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac does from time to time
invest surplus funds in the State Board of Administration
investment vehicles in accordance with Chapter 218, Part IV,
Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the State Board of Administration requires that
a resolution be passed and a form completed which sets forth
the names of any individuals authorized to transmit or
withdraw funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the State Board of Administration is
hereby directed to accept notice by telephone of either the
deposit of funds or with a withdrawal of funds by the follow-
ing City Officials:
Kenneth J. Burroughs, Finance Director
John F. Montalvo, Jr., Accounting Manager
Robert A. Hoyt, Accountant
Thelma Fagelbaum, Accountant
Such authorization includes the authority to confirm tele-
phone advice by signature on the appropriate confirmatory
letter.
SECTION 2: That the name and address of the Bank and
Account Number to which funds should be wired are:

SECTION 3: This resolution shall be deemed to be in
addition to the powers authorities granted by Resolution No.
87--57 and is intended to facilitate the orderly and expedi-
tious transmittal and withdrawal of investment monies by the
City of Tamarac.
SECTION 4: That a "Request for Local Government
Documentation" shall be completed to reflect the above
information and said form shall be signed by the Mayor.
SECTION 5: That copies of this resolution be supplied
to the proper officials of the State Board of Administration.
SECTION 6: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
