CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
ALLOW ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES AT THE PROPOSED MIDWAY DELI AND
RESTAURANT IN BAY 1 OF BUILDING "D" AT MIDWAY
PLAZA; PETITION 32-Z--86; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the consumption of alco-
holic beverages on the premises at the proposed Midway Deli and
Restaurant, at Midway Plaza, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the pub-
lic health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages at the proposed
Midway Deli and Restaurant in Bay 1 of Building "D" at Midway
Plaza is HEREBY APPROVED.
