A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR. PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT, TO PROVIDE AND DELIVER RED CLAY TO
TAMARAC PARK, BID NO. #87-17; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale News/
Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in Broward
County on June 10, 1987 and June 17, 1987; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on June 22, 1987; and
WHEREAS, Dennis McElroy Enterprises, Inc., is the lowest
fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTIQN 1 : That the bid of Dennis McElroy Enterprises,
Inc., in the amount of $5,343.75 is hereby approved.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1987.
