RESOLUTION NO. R-87- e Z!�
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF PARK—
ING FOR TWENTY—TWO (22) SPACES FOR TAMARAC
GARDENS SITE PLAN #2; PETITION #7—Z-87;
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides that
Council may grant a limited waiver of the off-street parking and
loading requirements whenever a hardship would exist by adhering
to strict application thereof, and further provides that the
waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and
welfare of the citizens of the City; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists at Tamarac Gardens; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has made a recommendation to approve this limited
waiver of parking; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the
limited waiver request in the appliction of Lennar Homes, Inc.,
Petition #7-z-87.
,SECTION 1: That the application for waiver for twenty-two
parking spaces at Tamarac Gardens, Site Plan #2 is HEREBY
APPROVED, and such limited waiver would not be detrimental to the
public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City.
SECTIO 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
