CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- -5�6
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT (DELI) IN BAY
5 OF SHEPHARD PLAZA AT 7178 UNIVERSITY DRIVE,
REQUESTED BY SHARON'S CHICKEN, PETITION #8-Z-87;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE—
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the operation of
a restaurant (deli) in a B-2 (Planned Business) zoning
district; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
_ has been given the opportunity to express their views con-
cerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION,1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the operation of a restaurant (deli) in Bay 5 of
Shephard Plaza at 7178 University Drive, requested by
Sharon's Chicken - Sharon McGovern, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

immediately upon adoption.
