RESOLUTION NO. #87- ��T
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY UPCO PROPER-
TIES, INC., FOR CYPRESS AT WOODMONT--JASMINE
(WOODMONT TRACT 68/77); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, UPCO Properties, Inc., as Principal and First
National Bank -of Chicago as Surety, has filed with the City
Bond No. 00311129 in the amount of $4,275.00 to guarantee
public improvements at Cypress at Woodmont-Jasmine (Woodmont
Tract 68/77); and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
r6lease of said bond upon receipt of a one year warranty bond
in the amount of $1,420.82.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
,SECTION 1 That the Bond No. 00311129 posted by UPCO
Properties, Inc., as Principal, and First National Bank of
Chicago as Surety, in the amount of $4,275.00 for public
improvements at Cypress at Woodmont-Jasmine (Woodmont Tract
68/77) is HEREBY RELEASED subject to receipt of a one year war-
ranty bond in the amount of $1,420.82.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption. Vt
