A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE
ABSOLUTE FROM SUNMARK HOMES, INC., FOR THE WATER
DISTRIBUTION AND SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVE-
MENTS FOR CYPRESS AT WOODMONT III -JASMINE (WOODMONT
TRACT 6$ 77)• AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

SECTION-1 That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by Sun -
mark Homes, Inc. for the water distribution and sewage collection
system for Cypress at Woodmont III --Jasmine (Woodmont Tract 68/77)
is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective immedi-
ately upon its adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this this day of 1987.
