CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--87-�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
LAWRENCE B. CRONE FOR BEDDING BARN; AND
-PRQVIPING AN E,FFECTIVEDATE,
WHEREAS, Lawrence B. Crone, as Principal, and Hartford
Accident and Indemnity Company, as Surety, has filed with the
City Bond No. 4558663 in the amount of $25,048.75 to guaran-
tee public improvements at Bedding Barn; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one year
warranty bond in the amount of $5,442.50.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SEC,'ION 1 : That the Bond No. 4558663 posted by Lawrence
B. Crone, as Principal, and Hartford Accident and Indemnity
Company, as Surety, in the amount of $25,048.75 for public
improvements at Bedding Barn, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$5,442.50.
$RCTIQN 2 This Resolution shall become effective.
immediately upon adoption.
