A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
BILL OF SALE ABSOLUTE FROM LAWRENCE B.
CRONE FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION AND
SEWAGE COLLECTION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR
BEDDING BARN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE, -- -
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF- TAMARAC,
FLORIDA;
SECTION 1: That the Bill of Sale Absolute offered by
Lawrence B. Crone for the water distribution and sewage
collection system for Bedding Barn is HEREBY APPROVED.
SEC2:19N2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
