R-87- p�6 L A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A PARTIAL'SUBORDINATION' OF ENCUMBRANCE TO PROPERTY RIGHTS OFFERED BY RAFRAN DEV- ELOPMENT CORPORATION, N.V., CONCERNING REGINA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; AND PROVIDING A EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION I That the Partial Subordination of Encum- brance to Property Rights offered by Rafran Development Corporation, N.V., concerning Regina Development Corporation, is HEREBY APPROVED AND ACCEPTED, a copy of said document being attached hereto as "Exhibit l". SECTION 2 : That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record said document in the public records of Broward County, Florida.
