RESOLUTION NO. R-87-�,
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A 40-FOOT WIDE AND A
25-FOOT WIDE 201 FORCE MAIN EASEMENT TO
BROWARD COUNTY FOR THE 201 FORCE MAIN
PROJECT #86--5; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:

I N 1 That the 40--foot wide and 25-foot wide 201
Force Main easement is hereby granted to Broward County for
the 201 Force Main project #86-5, a copy of said easement
being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2 That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said easement on behalf of the
City.
+SECTION 3 ; This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

laws of Florida and having its principal place of business at 5811
N.W. 88th Avenue, Tamarac, Florida 33321

201 A.W. 6th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 33301, second party:
(Wherever used herein, the terms, "first party" and
"second party" shall include singular and plural,
heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individu-
als and the successors and assigns of corporations,
wherever the context so admits or requires.)
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the first party is the owner of

WHEREAS, the second party desires an easement for a 201 Force Main
utility and/or other appropriate purposes incidental thereto, on, over
and across said property,
and,
WHEREAS, the first party is willing to grant such easement,
THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants each to
other running and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, the first party does hereby grant unto the party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, full and free right and authority to
construct, maintain, repair, install and rebuild facilities for above
stated purposes and does hereby grant a perpetual easement on, over and
across the above described property for said purposes.

A 25' wide Utility Easement adjacent to the west side of
University Drive, situated in the Southeast One -Quarter (SE
1/4) of Section 33, Township 48 South, Range 41 East, being
more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCE at the Southeast corner of said Section 33, said
corner having a Florida State Plan Coordinate of N 689218.279
and E 745941.236 (East Zone);
THENCE on a grid bearing of N Ol°11'28" W along the East line
of said Section 33 a distance of 475.10 feet to the South
right-of-way line of the C-14 Canal;
THENCE S 89003124" W along said South right-of-way line a
distance of 1,157.10 feet to the West right-of-way line of
University Drive, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING of
this 25' wide Utility Easement lying adjacent to the west
side of University Drive along the following described line:
THENCE S 01035147" E along said West right-of-way line a
distance of 180.01 feet to the North right-of-way line of
Southgate Boulevard, point of terminus;
