RESOLUTION NO. R--87-�69
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR LANDSCAPING,
IRRIGATION SYSTEM AND FENCING SECURITY SYSTEM FOR
2.0 MG TANK AND PUMP STATION, TUW PROJECT NO. 87-17
FOR BID NO. #87-18; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on Friday, June 12, 1987 and Friday, June 19,
1987; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on Tuesday, June 30, 1987; and
WHEREAS, SIGA Incorporated, 5500 Davie Road, Davie,
Florida 33314 is the lowest fully responsive and responsible
bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECTI N _1: That the bid of SIGA Incorporated, 5500
Davie Road, Davie, Florida 33314 in the amount of $51,206.94
for landscaping, irrigation system and fencing security
system for the new 2.0 MG water storage tank and pump station
at Tract 27, TUW Project 87--17 is HEREBY APPROVED.
E TION 2: This resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
