CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- v27v7-
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO CALL PERFORMANCE BONDS POSTED BY
BRUMA DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR CALICO COUNTRY;
A D PROVIDINgAN--EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Bruma Development Corporation, as Principal, with South
Florida Savings, as Surety, has filed with the City the following
Letters of Credit:
#031 - $ 3,260.00 - seawalls
#034 - $ 1,400.00 - landscaping
#035 - $ 1,100.00 - clearing
;and #036 -- $92,837.75 - paving & drainage
WHEREAS, the bond is due to expire and Calico Country has failed
to satisfy the deficiencies outlined in the letter sent by certified
mail on July 28, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the Principal has been notified that the work is not
properly completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:

That the recitations set forth above are true and
SECTION 2 : That the following.Letters of Credit:
#031 - $ 3,260.00 - seawalls
#034 - $ 1,400.00 - landscaping
#035 - $ 1,100.00 - clearing
#036 -. $92,837.75 - paving & drainage
posted by Bruma Development Corporation, as Principal, and South
_Florida Savings, as Surety, are hereby called by the City of Tamarac if
an extension has not been provided to said bonds on or before
August 13, 1987.
SECTION 3 : This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
