RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
4 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED BY
5 LENNAR HOMES, INC. FOR CLAIRMONT 1ST ADDITION; IN
CONNECTION WITH A PLATTING WAIVER DECLARING THE
HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT TERMINATED AND IS OF NO
FURTHER FORCE AND EFFECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE-
8 WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., has filed with the City a
9 cash Bond in the amount of $38,500.00 for a waiver of the
10 Platting requirement in order to install the pool, shade area
11 and cabana at Clairmont 1st Addition; and
12
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
13 plat has been recorded in the public records of Broward
14 County on August 5, 1987, at Plat Book 131
page 38, and has
15 recommended release of said bond.
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
L7 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
ECTI N la That the cash Bond posted by Lennar Homes,
Inc., in the amount of $38,500.00 is HEREBY RELEASED.

ECTION 2: The Hold Harmless Agreement granted in

connection with this bond for a platting waiver is hereby
Z terminated and of no further force and effect.
