CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-282
A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT ORDER
NO. 021-20 FOR WOODMONT TRACT 74/75 (BONAIRE)
PROJECT FOR REVISED SITE PLAN #1 PURSUANT TO THE
PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 7-2 THROUGH 7-11 OF THE
TAMARAC CODE; D PROVIDING F IVE DATE. __
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City
Council of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been ad-
vertised in accordance with applicable law of the date, time
and place of the meeting regarding the review of the applica-
tion for a revised development order by the applicant for
development approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated
the application, staff and Planning Commission recommenda-
tions, and the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated
August 20, 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised develop-
ment order and accompanying documents at a public meeting;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the
application is in compliance with all elements of the Com-
prehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the
issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development
that is the subject of the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
ECTI N 1: That the application for approval of
Revised Site Plan #1 for Woodmont Tract 74/75 (Bonaire),
prepared by Keith & Schnars, revised on July 15, 1987, re-
flecting proposed covered parking at Buildings 1A and 1B, is
HEREBY APPROVED subject to the following conditions:
A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with
the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to
the City of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Devel-
opment Review Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings.

B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer
than one year from the date of this approval. If the devel-
opment does not commence construction within one year, this
approval is null and void unless an extension has been
granted in accordance with applicable regulations.
C. The revised development order is.assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict
compliance with the order unless the City Council consents to
modify any of the original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue
the revised development order are set forth as follows:
1. Portable fire extinguishers are to be provided
at the covered parking area.
SECTION -2: Should any section or provision of this
revised development order be declared by a court of competent
jurisdiction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine
if the other portions of the order remain valid or whether
the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This revised development order as condi-
tioned shall become effective immediately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 26 day of August, 1987.
