CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-v;�7-9
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION R-87-264
APPOINTING TWO REGULAR MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT, --AND PROVIDIM, AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council on August 12, 1987, adopted
Resolution R-87-264 appointing Harold H. Newman and Ben
Goldberg as members of the Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of amending the
terms of said members of the Board of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 1 of Resolution R-87-264 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
" SECTION 1: That pursuant to Code Section 28-10, Harold
H. Newman and Ben Goldberg are HEREBY APPOINTED as Regular
members of the Board of Adjustment for terms to expire on
July 8, 19-89 1990 ."
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
