CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87--
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY J-REX, LTD. FOR POOL
MART: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, J-Rex, Ltd. has filed with the City a cash Bond
in the amount of $1,237.63 to guarantee public improvements
at Pool Mart; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash Bond posted by J-Rex, Ltd. in
the amount of $1,237.63 for public improvements at Pool Mart
is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
