CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- 1�.1
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS BY LENNAR HOMES, INC.
FOR BELFORT PHASE II; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc. has filed with the City a
cash Bond in the amount of $168.60 to guarantee landscaping
improvements at Belfort Phase II; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommend-
ed release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash Bond posted by Lennar Homes,
Inc., in the amount of $168.60 for landscaping improvements
at Belfort Phase II is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
