CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- �
A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO BROWARD
COUNTY FOR THE 201 WASTEWATER SEWER PUMP STATION
AND 201 WASTEWATER FORCE MAIN PROJECT; AND PRO-
VIDING AN AFFECTIVE DAB._ -_--_
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the easement for the 201 Wastewater
Sewer Pump Station and 201 Wastewater Force Main project is
HEREBY GRANTED to Broward County, a copy of said easement
being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2_ That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said easement on behalf of the
City.
ECTI 3: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record said easement in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

having its principal place of business at 5811 N.W. 88 Avenue, Tamarac
Florida, 33321, first party, Broward County, Florida, second party:

WHEREAS, the first party is the owner of property situate in Broward
County, Florida, and described as follows:
DESCRIPTION: A portion of Parcel "A" of "TAMARAC UTILITIES PLAT
NO. ONE" as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 47 of the Public
Records of Broward County Florida more particulary described as
follows:
The North 140.50 feet of the South 180.50 feet of the East
81.21 feet of said Parcel "A"; together with the North 73.49 feet
of the South 180.50 feet of the West 4.29 feet of the East 85.50
feet of said Parcel "A". Said lands situate, lying and being in
the City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida and containing 11,727
square feet (0.269 Acres) more or less.
All as indicated on Exhibit "A" attached.

WHEREAS, the second party desires
Pump Station and 201 Wastewater
purposes incidental thereto, 6n,
and,
an easement for a 201 Wastewater Sewer
Force Main and/or other appropriate
over and across said property,
WHEREAS, the first party is willing to grant such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants each to
the other running and one dollar and other good and valuable considera-
tions, the first party does hereby grant unto the party of the second
part, its successors and assigns, full and free right and authority to
nstruct, maintain, repair, install and rebuild facilities for above
fated purposes and does hereby grant a perpetual easement in, over,
under, through, upon and/or across the above described property for said
purposes.
