NO. 221 FOR WEICHOLZ FINANCIAL CENTRE PROJECT FOR A FINAL SITE PLAN PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 7-2 THROUGH 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECT -WE -DATE, 8 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of 9 Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance 10 with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting 11 regarding the review of the application for a development order by the applicant for development approval; and 12 13 WHEREAS, the City Councilhas examined and investigated the application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations and the 14 attached Development Review Status Sheet dated September 3, 1987; and 15 16 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order and 17 accompanying documents at a public meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is 1A in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the development that is the subject of the application. 21 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, 22 FLORIDA: 23 ,$ECTION 11 That the development described on the attached 24 Development Review Status Sheet dated September 3, 1987, is granted a 25 development order to proceed subject to the following conditions: 26 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with 27 the plans and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of 28 Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review Status 29 Sheet and approved engineering drawings. 30 33 34 35 36 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year from the date of this approval. The development order is assignable, but an assignment does of discharge any assigrfee from strict compliance with the order unless he City Council consents to modify any of the original requirements. D.
