CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-3;
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR NOB HILL ROAD
WATER MAIN EXTENSION-TUW PROJECT 87-4 BID
NQ.87-24; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on Monday, August 17, 1987 and Monday, August
24, 1987; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on Thursday, August 27, 1987;

WHEREAS, Man -Con, Inc. is the lowest fully responsive
and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA;
SECT,ION,_. 1: That the bid of Man -Con, Inc., in the
amount of $203,233.00, for Nob Hill Road Water Main Extension
TUW Project 87-4 is HEREBY APPROVED, with funds to be taken
from Account #432-363-537-633.
.SECTION 2_ This resolution shall become, effective
immediately upon adoption.
