CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-�10
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A RESTAURANT/CATERER/
DINING ROOM AT 6501 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD,
REQUESTED BY 6501 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD,
INCORPORATED, PETITION 15-Z787; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of a special exception to permit the operation of a
restaurant/caterer/dining room, Parcels A and B at 6501 West
Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
aECTION_1: That the petition for special exception to permit
the operation of a restaurant/caterer/dining room in Parcels A
and B at 6501 West Commercial Boulevard, requested by 6501 West
Commercial Boulevard, Incorporated, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

adoption.
