CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--87-�1/
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION FOR
ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROPOSED RESTAURANT/CATERER/
DINING ROOM AT 6501 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD,
REQUESTED BY 6501 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD,
INCORPORATED; PETITION NO. 16-Z-87; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the granting
of a special exception to permit the on -premises consumption of
alcoholic beverages in conjunction with the proposed restaurant/
caterer/dining room on the premises at 6501 West Commercial Boulevard,
Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has been
given an opportunity to express their views concerning the application
for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
application for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for special exception to permit
the on -premises consumption of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with
the proposed restaurant/caterer/dining room at 6501 West Commercial
Boulevard requested by 6501 West Commercial Boulevard, Incorporated,
Petition No. 16-Z-87I is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2_ Conditions of approval:
SECTION_3: This resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
