CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
ALLOW PERMITTED USES IN PREVIOUS M-1 AND M-2
ZONING DISTRICTS IN PARCEL "A" OF V.G.C. PARK
REQUESTED BY EDWARD W. EASTON, TRUSTEE, PETITION
17- -87• AND PROV-1DING AN EFFECTIVEDATE,
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to allow permitted uses in previous
M-1 and M•-2 zoning districts in Parcel "A" of V.G.C. Park, Tamarac;

WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition

is HEREBY APPROVED.
