CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- :
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION TO
PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A 50--FOOT BUILDING
REQUESTED BY WEICHOLZ & GORDON, INCORPORATED, FOR
THE PROPOSED WEICHOLZ FINANCIAL CENTRE, PETITION
N0. 19-•Z-87-; AND PRQVIDING AN -EFFECTIVE DATE.- ^
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for
the granting of special exception to permit the construction
of a 50-foot building in a B-6 zoning district; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views con-
cerning the application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition for special exception to
permit the construction of a 50-foot building requested by
Weicholz & Gordon, Incorporated, for the proposed Weicholz
Financial Centre, is HEREBY APPROVED.
ECTI 2: Cond;itions of approval:

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
