CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
A RESOLUTION'GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF PARKING
REQUESTED BY WEICHOLZ & GORDON, INCORPORATED, AT
THE PROPOSED WEICHOLZ FINANCIAL CENTRE; PETITION
NO. 23-Z-87; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides that the
City Council may grant a limited waiver of the off-street parking and
loading requirements whenever'a hardship would exist by adhering to
strict application thereof, and further provides that the waiver would
not be detrimental to public safety, health and welfare of the citizens
of the City; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists at the proposed Weicholz Financial
Centre; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing thereon
and has recommended approval of this application; and
17 1 WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the limited
1R waiver requested in the application of Weicholz & Gordon, Incorporated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
IFLORIDA:

,SECTIO-L1: That the application by Weicholz & Gordon, Incor-
porated to permit 90 degree parking spaces and 10'xl8' at the proposed
Weicholz Financial Centre,,. is HEREBY APPROVED, and such limited waiver
would not be detrimental to the public safety, health and welfare of
the citizens of the City.
,SNCTION..2: This Resolution shall become effective upon adoption.
