CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BONAIRE ASSOCIATES,
LTD., FOR WOODMONT TRACTS 74/75 SITE PLAN V; AND
PROVIDINQ AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and The
First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. 304387 in the amount of $75,651.61
to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tracts 74/75
Site Plan V; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one --year
warranty bond in the amount of $18,912.90.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
CTI N 1: That Letter of Credit No. 304387 posted by
Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and the First
National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, in the amount of
$75,651.61 for public improvements at Woodmont Tracts 74/75
Site Plan V is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt,of a one-
year warranty bond in the amount of $18,912.90.
ECTIO 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. p
