RESOLUTION NO. R-87--5�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE LETTER OF
CREDIT POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY BONAIRE
ASSOCIATES, LTD., FOR WOODMONT TRACT 74/75
PROJECT.*__AND_ PROVIDIV§ AN_EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and The
First National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. 304386 in the amount of $13,320.00
to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract 74/75; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $3,330.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTTQ�1 l That the Letter of Credit No. 304386 posted
by Bonaire Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and The First
National Bank of Chicago, as Surety, in the amount of
$13,320.00 for public improvements at Woodmont Tract 74/75 is
HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty
bond in the amount of $3,330.00.
