A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT
ORDER. NO. 082-7 FOR WOODMONT COUNTRY
CLUB PROJECT FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS
7-2 THROUGH 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND
,PPROVIDI VNG_AN_EFFECTIVE_DATE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of
Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance

10 with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting
11 regarding the review of the application for a revised development order
by the applicant for development approval; and

WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the

application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations and the
!14
j, attached Development Review Status Sheet dated September 14, 1987; and
15
16 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised development order
117 and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is

in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will be
in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for
the development that is the subject of the application.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,

FLORIDA:

aMON 1: That the application for approval of a revised site

plan for Woodmont Country Club, prepared by Peterson & Suarez
25
Architects, revised on August 13, 1987, reflecting alterations to the
26
existing clubhouse and an additional 400 square foot improvement to the
27
Halfway House, is HEREBY APPROVED subject to the following conditions:

A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans
29
and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as
30
described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and
approved engineering drawings.
B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year
33 from the date of this approval. If the development does not commence
34
construction within one year, this approval is null and void unless an
35
extension has been granted in accordance with applicable regulations.

C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with
the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the
original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order'to issue the
revised development order are set forth as follows:

SECTION 2_ Should any section or provision of this revised
development order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to
be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of
the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and void.
SECTION 3: This revised development order as conditioned shall
become effective immediately upon its passage.
