RESOLUTION NO. R-87----3,72- 9
A RESOLUTION ISSUING REVISED DEVELOPMENT
ORDER. NO. 110-1 FOR WOODLANDS SECTION 5
PROJECT FOR A REVISED SITE PLAN PURSUANT
TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 7-2
THROUGH 7-11 OF THE TAMARAC CODE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council of
9 Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been advertised in accordance
10 with applicable law of the date, time and place of the meeting
11 regarding the review of the application for a revised development order
12 by the applicant for development approval; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the
114 application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations and the
115 attached Development Review Status Sheet dated September 17, 1987; and
16 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised development order
117 and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and
I.IR I WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the application is
in compliance with all elements of the Comprehensive Plan, or will be

in compliance prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for
21 the development that is the subject of the application.
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CIT11 OF TAMARAC,
23 FLORIDA:
24 SECTION1: That the application for approval of a revised site
25 plan for Woodlands Section 5, revised on September 17, 1987, reflecting
26 a fence at the Clubhouse pool area, is HEREBY APPROVED subject to the
27 following conditions:
28 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the plans
29 and specifications submitted by the developer to the City of Tamarac as
30 described in Section II of the Development Review Status Sheet and
,approved engineering drawings.
B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than one year
33 from the date of this approval. If the development does not commence
34 construction within one year, this approval is null and void unless an
,3S extension has been granted in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 C. The revised development order is assignable, but an
4 assignment does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with
5 the order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the
original requirements.

D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the

revised development order are set forth as follows:

13 SECTION 2: Should any section or provision of this revised
14 development order be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to
I
15 be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the other portions of
16 the order remain valid or whether the approval shall be null and void.
17 ECTION 3: This revised development order as conditioned shall
�1R become effective immediately upon its passage.
