A RESOLUTION ISSUING A DEVELOPMENT ORDER FOR
THE BUDGETEL PROJECT; DEVELOPMENT ORDER NO.
6 213 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
7 WHEREAS, pursuant to the instructions of the City Council
8 of the City of Tamarac, Florida, a public meeting has been
9 advertised in accordance with applicable law of the date, time
10 and place of the meeting regarding the review of the application
11 for a development order by the applicant for development
12 approval; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has examined and investigated the
14 application, staff and Planning Commission recommendations, and
15 the attached Development Review Status Sheet dated 12/18/86; and
16 WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the development order
17 and accompanying documents at a public meeting; and
8 WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the applica-
9 tion is in compliance with all elements of its Comprehensive
20 Plan, or will be in compliance prior to the issuance of a Cer-
21 tificate of Occupancy for any unit on the development that is
22 the subject of the application.
23 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
24 OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
25 SECTION 1: That the development described on the attached
26 development review status sheet dated 12/18/86 is granted a
27 development order to proceed subject to the following
28 conditions:
29 A. Construction is to be in complete compliance with the
30 plans and specifications submitted by the developer to the City
31 of Tamarac as described in Section II of the Development Review
32 Status Sheet and approved engineering drawings.
33 B. Commencement of construction shall be no longer than
34 one year from the date of approval. If the development does not
35 commence construction within one year, this approval is null and

void unless an extension has been granted in accordance with
applicable neguiations.
C. the development order is assignable, but an assignment
does not discharge any assignee from strict compliance with the
order unless the City Council consents to modify any of the
original requirements.
D. Additional conditions established in order to issue the
development order are set forth as follows:
1. Sprinkler system and standpipe to comply with NFPA #13
and #14.
2. Developer to install reflectorized pavement markers.
SECTION 2: That the City Council hereby accepts and
approves the following documents a a part of this development
order:
1. Public Safety Ingress/Egress Easement.
2. Water Retention Agreement
ES CTION_ 3: Should any section or provision of this
development order be declared by a court of competent juris-
diction to be invalid, the City Council shall determine if the
other portions of the order remain valid or whether the approval
shall be null and void.
qE T30N 4: This development order as conditioned shall
become effective immediately upon passage.
