CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- 33,C,
A RESOLUTION RENEWING A SALARY PLAN FOR
CONFIDENTIAL, SUPERVISORY AND EXECUTIVE/
MANAGERIAL CITY EMPLOYEES; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Manager and Personnel Director have
proposed a "Salary Plan" for employees outside the bargaining
units; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this plan and
desires to implement it.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the following "Salary Plan" for
employees outside the Bargaining Units is effective
October 1, 1987:
SECTION 2: The increase for all employees listed below
shall be 4%:
Salary Plan for Employees
Outside the Bargaining Units
A. Confidential Employees - Persons that are included in
the Confidential Employees Plan are as follows:
Miriam Reiter
Phyllis Polikoff
Harriet Pennachio
Sarah Spiegel
Tami Fenner
Brenda L. Stine
Rochelle Stryker
Robert A. Hoyt
Sylvia 1lgovsky
Gertrude McGlothlin
Ruth M. Krebs
Thelma Fagelbaum
Kathy Calabria
B. Supervisory Employees - Persons that are included in the
Supervisory Employees Plan are as follows:
David Viele
James M. Budzinski
John Harvey
Michael Vaillant
John F. Montalvo, Jr.
Charlotte Bouchard
Frank Berge
Mary Frances Mannion
Bryan M. Hurst
Glenda Christian
Robert Woelke
John Cezard
Andrew E. Shuty
Gary A. Hummel
Paul Swiech
Confidential and Supervisory Employees with 7 years (84
months) or more service with the City shall also receive a 2%
lump sum longevity in the first pay period in December.
Confidential and Supervisory Employees, effective
October 1, 1987, shall also receive three (3) personal days
for Fiscal Year October 1, 1987 through September 30, 1988.

personal days on their anniversary date.
C. Executive/Managerial Plan - The increase for the Execu-
tive/Managerial Employees listed below shall be 4%:

Carol Evans Barbuto
Joseph McIntosh
Robert Jahn
Larry Perretti
Peter Procopio
R. Kline Jones
Raymond Briant
Judith Deutsch
Robert Foy
Michael R. Couzzo, Jr.
Robert Kegan
Thelma Brown
Kenneth Burroughs
All Executive/Managerial Employees, effective October 1,
1987, shall also receive three (3) personal days for Fiscal
Year October 1, 1987 through September 30, 1988. This will
be instead of the employee receiving their three (3) personal
days on their anniversary date.
SECTION 3: For purposes of this Resolution, the Benefit
Plan for Confidential, Supervisory and Executive/Managerial
City Employees, adopted in Resolution No. R-86-111 and dated
April 9, 1986, shall continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 4: That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
