RESOLUTION NO. R-87- &3 Z�
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR LIME
EXCAVATION & REMOVAL, YEARLY REQUIRE-
MENT BID; NO. 87-29; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on Saturday, September 19, 1987 and Saturday,
September 26, 1987; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on Wednesday, September 30,
1987; and
WHEREAS, Hardrives, Incorporated is the lowest fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Hardrives, Incorporated in
the amount of $30,000.00 for Lime Excavation and Removal,
Yearly Requirement, with funds to be taken from Account
Number 425-363-533-316, Titled Sludge Removal, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2-
This resolution shall becom6 effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 14th day of October, 1987.
