CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87--�
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY PHILIP H. HOPKINS FOR
THE PHIL HOPKINS RETAIL PROJECT; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Philip H. Hopkins, as Principal, and Barnett
Bank of South Florida, N.A., as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit No. 100784 in the amount of $2,654.87
to guarantee public improvements at the Phil Hopkins Retail
Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recom-
mended release of said Letter of Credit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. 100784 posted
by Philip H. Hopkins, as Principal, and Barnett Bank of South
Florida, N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $2,654.87 for
Public improvements at the Phil Hopkins Retail 'project is
HEREBY RELEASED. ,
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
