CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY MCNAB ASSOCIATES, LTD.,
C/O ZAREMBA CORPORATION FOR TAMARAC SQUARE WEST;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, McNab Associates, Ltd., as Principal, and
AmeriTrust Co., as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit No. SB31441 in the amount of $285,752.75 to guarantee
public improvements at Tamarac Square West; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said bond upon receipt of a one-year
warranty bond in the amount of $91,182.90.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Letter of Credit No. SB31441 posted
by McNab Associates, Ltd. c/o Zaremba Corporation as
Principal, and AmeriTrust Co., as Surety, in the amount of
$285,752.75 for public improvements at Tamarac Square West is
HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty
bond in the amount of $91,182.90.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 29 day of
1987.
