CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-,36 0
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A SALARY PLAN
AND A DEFERRED COMPENSATION PROGRAM FOR
THE CITY MANAGER; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has proposed a salary
plan and deferred compensation program for the City Manager;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this plan and
program and desires to implement it.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Salary Plan for the City Manager
is effective October 1, 1987.
SECTION 2: The City Manager's salary will increase
from $52,500.00 to $57,500.00 effective October 1, 1987.
SECTION 3: That the City Council hereby agrees to an
annual contribution of $6,000.00 effective October 1, 1987,
to the ICMA deferred compensation program on behalf of the
City Manager and authorizes the Mayor to execute an
appropriate agreement. %%
SECTION 4: That this Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its passage.
