CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--87 -9(v 3
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LIMITED WAIVER OF
PARKING REQUESTED BY LAWRENCE D. KRAMER AT
SIGNATURE OFFICE BUILDING, PETITION NO. 28-Z-87;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Chapter 18 of the Tamarac City Code provides that the
City Council may grant a limited waiver of the off -street
parking and loading requirements whenever a hardship would exist by
adhering to strict application..- thereof, and further provides that
the waiver would not be detrimental to public safety, health and
welfare of the citizens of the City; and
WHEREAS, a hardship exists at Signature Office Building; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has recommended approval of this application with
conditions; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to take action on the
limited waiver requested in the application of Lawrence D. Kramer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application by Lawrence D. Kramer to
permit 90 degree parking at Signature Office Building is HEREBY
APPROVED, and such limited waiver would not be detrimental to the
public safety, health and welfare of the citizens of the City.
SECTION 2: Conditions of Approval.:
