R-87- ,--3(v A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF DRAINAGE EASEMENT, WHICH EASEMENT WAS ACCEPTED AND APPROVED BY RESOLUTION R-82-38 AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 10155, AT PAGE 163, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS WESTVIEW AT COLONY WEST/PARCEL "L."; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are authorized to execute a release of drainage easement, which easement was accepted and approved by Resolution R-82-38 and recorded in O.R. Book 10155, at page 163, of the public records of Broward County, Florida, for the project known as Westview at Colony West/Parcel "L". SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to record this document in the public records of Broward County, Florida. SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage. PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED this day of , 1987. ATTEST: CAROL E. RICHARD DOODY CITY ATTORNEY BERNARD HART MAYOR MAYOR: HART - - DIST. 1: C/M ROHR DIST. 2: C/M STELZER DIST. 3: C/M HOFFMAN 44 DIST. 4: V/M STEIN 11 Ll rl A 501 0,30 it kk *'R� E 11 RELEASE OF EASEMENT WHEREAS, Douglas Wolfe as Trustee and not individually, hereinafter referred to as "DEVELOPER" granted to the City of Tamarac, Florida hereinafter "CITY" that certain fifteen (15) foot Non -Exclusive Drainage Easement on a portion of Parcel "L" of Woodland Lakes, according to the Plat as recorded in Plat Book 71, at page 18 of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida; and WHEREAS, the Non -Exclusive Drainage Easement was conveyed to the City of Tamarac by a document entitled a Grant of Non -Exclusive Drainage Easement recorded in the Official Records of Broward County at Official Record Book 10155, page 163; and WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER has requested that the CITY release the Drainage Easement mentioned above; and WHEREAS, the CITY has determined that release of the Easement is in the public interest. NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY in consideration of the terms and conditions mentioned above does hereby release that certain fifteen (15) foot Non -Exclusive Drainage Easement from the property more particularly described as follows: See Exhibit "A" ATTEST: CAROL E.
