CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- 36
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A RELEASE OF INGRESS/EGRESS
EASEMENT, WHICH EASEMENT WAS ACCEPTED AND
APPROVED BY RESOLUTION R-82-39 AND RECORDED IN
O.R. BOOK 10155, AT PAGE 155, OF THE PUBLIC
RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR THE
PROJECT KNOWN AS WESTVIEW AT COLONY WEST/PARCEL
"L"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City Officials are
authorized to execute a release of ingress/egress easement,
which easement was accepted and approved by Resolution
R-82-39 and recorded in O.R. Book 10155, at page 155, of the
public records of Broward County, Florida, for the project
known as Westview at Colony West/Parcel "L".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to record this document in the public records of
Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
PASSED, ADOPTED, AND APPROVED this day of
1987.

RELEASE OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, Douglas Wolfe as Trustee
hereinafter referred to as "DEVELOPER" granted
Florida hereinafter "CITY" that certain fifteen
Ingress/Egress Easement on a portion of Parcel
according to the Plat as recorded in Plat Book
Public Records of Broward County, Florida= and
is
and not individually,
to the City of Tamarac,
(15) foot Non -Exclusive
"L" of Woodland Lakes,
71, at page 18 of the
WHEREAS, the Non -Exclusive Ingress/Egress Easement was
conveyed to the City of Tamarac by a document entitled a Grant of Non -
Exclusive Ingress/Egress Easement recorded in the Official Records of
Broward County at Official Record Book 10155, page 155; and
WHEREAS, the DEVELOPER has requested that the CITY release
the Ingress/Egress Easement mentioned above; and
WHEREAS, the CITY has determined that release of the Easement
is in the public interest.
NOW, THEREFORE, the CITY in consideration
conditions mentioned above does hereby release that
(15) foot Non --Exclusive Ingress/Egress Easement from
particularly described as follows:
