CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--87-.3LZ
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY T. D.
CONSTRUCTION, INC., FOR THE WATER SYSTEM
FOR THE CALICO COUNTRY PROJECT; AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Bruma Development Corp., as Principal, and
South Florida Savings Bank, as Surety, has filed with the
City Letter of Credit #030 in the amount of $57,392.50 to
guarantee public improvements at the Calico Country project;
and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has
been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the
amount of $17,750.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION--. 1: That the Letter of Credit #030 posted by
Bruma Development Corp., as Principal, and South Florida
Savings Bank, as Surety, in the amount of $57$92.50 for
public improvements at Calico Country project is HEREBY
RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty bond in
the amount of $17,750.00.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
