CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-,-'5%
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY TRANSCAPITAL
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR JASMINE- ON THE
GREENS, BUILDING #12; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Transcapital Development Corporation, has filed
with the City a Cash Bond in the amount of $2,865.00 to guarantee
installation of an irrigation system at Jasmine- On The Greens,
Building #12, Permit #1744-87; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That the Cash Bond posted by Transcapital
Development Corporation in the amount of $2,865.00 for instal-
lation of an irrigation system at Jasmine- On The Greens,
Building #12, Permit #1744-871,is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2 : This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption. %t
