CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- (--
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
AMENDING THE RESTRICTION NOTE FOR SPRING LAKE II,
PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 11 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
BROWARD COUNTY FLORIDA; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, a request has been made to amend a restriction
on Spring Lake II, Plat Book 109, Page 11 of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida.,which restricted the plat
to adults 18 years and older; and
WHEREAS, the new Restriction Note is to read: "This Plat
is restricted to 48 three -bedroom single-family units, which
single family units are restricted to adults 18 years and
older, and 173 unrestricted villa units"; and
WHEREAS, such modification to Spring Lake II Plat will
allow for open community on 173 Villa Units, which were
restricted on the original Note; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of amending the
note which restricts the plat to adults 18 years and older;
and ,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that all
applicable fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Spring Lake II, Plat Book 109, Page 11
of the Public Records of Broward County, Florida.,Note shall
be modified to read: "This Plat is restricted to 48
three -bedroom single-family units, which single family units
are restricted to adults 18 years and older, and 173
unrestricted villa units".

SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
