CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87-2-2.2
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR THE ROOM DIVIDER
FOR TAMARAC RECREATION BUILDING; BID NO. 88-2;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on Wednesday, September 30, 1987 and
Wednesday, October 7, 1987; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on Tuesday, October 13, 1987;
and
WHEREAS, Flex -Wall Systems of South Florida is the
lowest and fully responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Flex --Wall Systems of South
Florida, in the amount of $11,390.00 for the roam divider for
Tamarac Recreation Building with funds to be taken from
Account #345-761-572-630, titled Improvements Other Than
Buildings, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall became effective
immediately upon adoption.
