RESOLUTION NO. R--87-_�5?/_
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR ANNUAL GROUTING
CHEMICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE VIDEO -SEALING
DEPARTMENT, BID NO. 88-5; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, bids were advertised in the Fort Lauderdale
News/Sun Sentinel, a newspaper of general circulation in
Broward County on Friday, October 16, 1987 and Friday,
October 23, 1987; and
WHEREAS, bids were opened on Thursday, October 29, 1987;
and
WHEREAS, Cues, Incorporated is the lowest and fully
responsive and responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the bid of Cues, Incorporated, in the
amount of $13,312.50 for the annual grouting chemical
requirements for the video -sealing department, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
