CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION R-87-�
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROPRIATE
OFFICIALS TO CALL THE PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED BY WOODVALE BUILDERS, INC., FOR
WOODMONT TRACT 72-C; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Woodvale Builders, Inc., as Principal, has
filed with the City performance Letter of Credit No. 477 in
the amount of $83,067.50 with Florida Coast Bank, as Surety,
thereunder to guarantee public improvements at Woodmont Tract
72-C; and
WHEREAS, the bond was released on July 23, 1986 by
Resolution 86-279; and
WHEREAS, as a condition to release of this performance
bond, a warranty bond was required pursuant to Resolution
86-279; and
WHEREAS, the principal has been notified that a warranty
bond was required before release of Letter of Credit No. 477.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
ES CTI_Q-N 11: That the recitations set forth above are
true and correct.
,SECTION 2: That performance Letter of Credit No. 477 in
the amount of $83,067.50, posted by Woodvale Builders, Inc.,
as Principal, and Florida Coast Bank, as Surety, is HEREBY
CALLED by the City of Tamarac if a warranty bond in the
amount of $21,298.00 has not been provided on or before
January 29, 1987.
SB-CT30N 3: That this Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
