4 RESOLUTION NO. R-87-
S A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA AMENDING THE V.G.C.PARK
PLAT, PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 7 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY,
FLORIDA,TO ALLOW FOR AN ADDITIONAL CURB CUT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, a request has been made to amend the Plat to allow for an
additional curb,cut on V.G.C. PARK, PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 7, of the Public
Records of Broward County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, this plat shows only one curb cut and an additional access is
needed; and
WHEREAS, such modifications to V.G.C.PARK Plat will allow for better
access to this property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that all applicable fees have
been paid, and City Staff has no objections to the requested plat modifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That V.G.C.PARK, Plat Book 109, Page 7, of the Public Records
of Broward County, Florida shall be modified to allow for a vehicular access
line, as shown on Exhibit rA".
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall. become effective immediately upon
adoption.
