CITY OF TAMARAC,, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-87- 7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY FINANCIAL
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION FOR
TAMARAC FINANCIAL PLAT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Financial Federal Savings and Loan Association,
as Principal, and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland,
as Surety, has filed with the City Bond No. 937-93-53 in the
amount of $3,278.00 to guarantee installation of driveways
and curbs, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has found that the work has
been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release of
said bond.
NOW,'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION l: that the Bond No. 937-93-53 posted by
Financial Federal Savings and Loan Association, as Principal,
and Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland, as Surety, in
the amount of $3,278.00 for installation of driveways and
curbs at Tamarac Financial Plat, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SBQj ,QN 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7 day of 1987.
