RESOLUTION NO. R-87- 94O 8
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY
OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE THE ASSIGNMENT OF AN
EASEMENT OFFERED BY THE CITY OF TAMARAC TO
BROWARD COUNTY FOR THE 201 FORCE MAIN PROTECT
86--5; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the easement offered by the City of
Tamarac to Broward County for the 201 Force Main, Project
86-5, is HEREBY APPROVED AND ACCEPTED, a copy of said ease
ment being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the appropriate City officials are
hereby authorized to execute said easement on behalf of the
City.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. Q

WHEREAS, the second party desires an easement for a 201 Wastewater
Force Main utility and/or other appropriate purposes incidental
thereto, on, over and across said easements as described in Exhibit

WHEREAS, the first party is willing to assign such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants each
to the other running and one dollar and other good and valuable
considerations, the first party does hereby grant unto the party of
the second part, its successors and assigns, full and free right and
authority to construct, maintain, repair, install and rebuild
facilities for above stated purposes and does hereby assign a
perpetual easement on, over and across the above described easement
for said purposes.
