BE IT RESOLVED BY THE, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are
authorized to execute a Bill of Sale Absolute transferring
ownership and maintenance responsibilities for the 201 Pump
Station and Force Main from Tamarac Utilities West to Broward.
County.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that City of Tamarac. a
municieal coreoration of the State of Florida., having its
principal place of business at 5811 Northwest 88th Avenue
Tamarac., Florida 33321 , Party of the First Part, for and in
consideration of the Covenants contained in certain
Agreements dated May
_2ii 1987 and an Amended Agreement dated

10 BROWARD COUNTY, a corporate body and political sub -division

of the state of Florida whose post office address is Broward
County Court House, 201 N.W. 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale,
Florida 33301, Party of the Second Part and Agreement dated
6eril_8. 1987 , between the Party of the First Part and the
City of Pompano Beach and Agreement dated May_14,1986
between the Party of the First Part and the City of Deerfield
Beach, has bargained, granted, sold, transferred and
delivered, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell,
transfer and deliver unto the said Party of the Second Part,
its successors and assigns the following goods and chattels:

a) The 201 Pump Station and other main appurtenances
associated with 201 Pump Station and force main
facility that are located within an Easement for
Wastewater Sewer Pump Station and 201 Wastewater
Force Main as recorded in Broward County Record

b) 2.09 (+/-) miles of 30" force main and appurten-
ances attached thereto from the 201 Pump Station at
6113 N.W. 77th Way, Tamarac, Florida to University
Drive and along University Drive to the C-14 Canal,

all within Right -of -Way or Easements listed in .
Exhibit B„attached.
c) 1.19 (+/-) miles of 30" force main and appurten-
ances attached thereto located 12'-46, inside the
South Right -of -Way of C-14 Canal from a point 75,
(+/-) West of University Drive to the Sunshine
Drainage District East Outfall Canal (S.F.W.M.
Permit No. 8257 dated November 13, 1986).
d) 2.89 (+/-) miles of 30" force main and appurten-
ances attached thereto on the East side of Sunshine
Drainage District East Outfall Canal from the C-14
to Sample Road (Sunshine Water Control District •
Permit No. 87-2 dated October 16, 1986).

attached. A copy of plans is on file with Broward County
Utilities.

TO ITAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Party of the
Second Part, its successors and assigns forever.
And they do for themselves and their Successors and
assigns, covenant to and with said Party of the Second
Part, its successors and assigns, that said Party of the
First Part is the lawful owner of said goods and
chattels; that they are free from all encumbrances; that
he has good right to sell the same as aforesaid, and that
he will warrant and defend the sale of said property,
goods and chattels hereby made, unto the said party of
the Second Part, its successors and assigns, against the
lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
1N WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part has
caused these presents to be duly executed in its name and
its corporate seal to be hereto affixed, attested by its
proper officers thereunto duly authorized, the day and
