R-87-- t14'52f A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATE CITY OFFICIALS TO EXECUTE A BILL OF SALE 5 ABSOLUTE TRANSFERRING OWNERSHIP AND MAIN- TENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE 201 PUMP STATION AND FORCE MAIN FROM TAMARAC UTILITIES WEST TO BROWARD COUNTY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 10 11 22 13 24 17 1R 1 U 35 36 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the appropriate City officials are authorized to execute a Bill of Sale Absolute transferring ownership and maintenance responsibilities for the 201 Pump Station and Force Main from Tamarac Utilities West to Broward. Exhibit B„attached. c) 1.19 (+/-) miles of 30" force main and appurten- ances attached thereto located 12'-46, inside the South Right -of -Way of C-14 Canal from a point 75, (+/-) West of University Drive to the Sunshine Drainage District East Outfall Canal (S.F.W.M.
